Don't Eat That!

OK. Let's see if a little bit of public accountability can help with this whole diet thing. My emergency "fat pants" are getting worn out, and I don't want to buy any more when I have several boxes full of "right size" pants up in the attic.

So, over on the side bar there is another tracker. The goal is 180 lbs by May 1. That's a pound a week. I can do this. I've done it before.

I'll post my weight and the calories I've eaten, and then I'll be embarrassed if I mess up. That will give me the incentive I need to make it work.
