Spectacles and Festivities

Alyssa's glasses came in yesterday around lunch time. I would have posted a picture last night, but it took me until now to get her hair combed.

Today Anna had the first of her summer game parties. She decided to have just three other kids come over and play Wii games. It was a great success.

As an added bonus, we got a ton of work out of the kid cleaning up the house for the event. What a bargain!

If I could go back in time I would enter your Guavalicious contest with this picture and say...A story set in Hawaii simply has to include my beautiful sisters but isn't complete without my favorite brother. I also liked Marri's answer of spam & rice. But have it include Musubi, Pidgin (Da Kine, Haole, Geev'um, What boddah you?)

I noticed on the Frog Blog that you like contests. Bet you'll love the one on my blog this month :-) It's for a brand new YA Fantasy by J. Scott Savage soon to hit the book stores.
